To ensure entry to the event, guests’ names must be entered prior by, January 26, 2024.To enter the event, guests’ names will be on a list and all guests must have a valid, state-issued photo ID that matches the name registered. No exceptions will be made.
Upon arrival at the event, our staff will direct you to Guest Check-In. If you encounter any issues with your reservation, please ask to be led to the Resolution Area.
Absolutely no cameras will be allowed in the event.
Upon arrival, be prepared to pass through a security checkpoint. Due to higher security measures, there will be no re-entry after check in. BYH Live COVID protocols are in line with LA County regulations, which are always subject to change.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. No COVID-19 procedures will be mandatory to attend BYH Live Concert + Documentary Filming, but this is subject to change. By attending, you expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place, and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, waiving all claims and potential claims against the event organizers, venue, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.
Please note that there are no physical tickets. A valid, state-issued photo ID matching the name registered in our ticketing platform will be required for entry.
Can my guest(s) enter the event if their names aren’t registered?
To enter the event, all guests’ names (matching their valid, state-issued photo ID) must be registered in our ticketing platform/website. No exceptions will be made. If you encounter any issues, please ask to be led to the Resolution Area.
Can I buy a ticket at the event?
Tickets are only available in advance and only until the event is sold out. Payment must be received by Fri. Jan. 26, 2024.
Is there a coat check?
There is no coat check.
What is the refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable.
Will I get to meet the honorees and guest
Artists will not be offering any meet and greet opportunities.

How can I find my seat upon arrival?
